Welcome all, to the OOC for my Rise of the Runelords game. Please post characters and select colours. Be weary of it being a little slow to start of with as I adapt it to being evl eight starting.
For obvious reasons, Red the fighter will be speaking in... wait for it... red.
Does anyone want to make it that some or all of our PCs already know or have heard of each other? It might make role-playing and combat easier, since we don't have the Skinsaw Murders arc to explain why we're working together.

True, if our PCs are supposed to be 'famous in Magnimar', then it is likely we've heard about each other at the least. Based on the backgrounds and personalities that are up though, we seem to be a pretty eccentric and quiet bunch. Might ease things up a little if some of the party have met/ worked together/ are friendly towards each other.
Right, so if you all know (of) each other then that will make it easier. I'm trying to thing up why the Mayor would summon you, though, because it gives an obvious reason if you've done part two, but we haven't.

@ Axinian: Given that everyone's supposed to be somewhat famous, would Zidra be the person best suited to have the information/ contacts to seek everyone out?

Being a diviner, yes. Though she would probably have been hired by someone else to do so.

I've got a Campaign Setting! It's pretty bland but hey, it's something.
Sorry about that. I actually did think it died. (my bad)
Garad the Unbreakable will be talking with a Sienna colored voice. He is very easy to get along with and somewhat modest.
Since his background isn't up (will get to that soon) he's 'famous' for slaying a 'marsh giant' on his own, just to rescue one lost kid in the swamp. To those who know of such things, the tale seems to have been exaggerated, and Garad continually claims that the Marsh Giant had been both a runt and missing an arm.
