bluntpencil, your enquiries took a little longer than everyone elses, and they've already set off. Are you intending to meet the captain before he enters the nightclub and make your report in person? If not, are you making your report via vox, or the ship's astropath?

henry, post incoming.

Nightclub people: you're entering the club one at a time due to the necessity of searches anyway, so I'll say that the order you queue in is the order in which people post their concealment rolls.

Just before he enters the club, in person, with a discrete meeting organised via vox.

No worries. A lot of stuff was Lucretia acting before the rest of you arrived. You're not behind.

Where's Z in the timeline? And has she found recordings of you know who talking to anyone else?

Oh! A thousand apologies, I didn't notice you'd posted a request for me to respond to.

Posted for you now. Everyone is on the same time, now. Zerah can see everyone enter and what they're doing as they do it, although she doesn't have audio, and so doesn't know what they're saying.

Are those guys in the indicated table our boys?

Also, Lans shouldn't be able to see much of Sythius' reaction - he's wearing a face-concealing helmet, after all.

No, they're not with you; the table over near the door has three men who are nursing three identical glasses of some alcoholic beverage without enjoyment. One has a black beard and bad teeth and the pallor skin of a void-born, one has dreadlocks and a scar on his cheek, the other a heavyset man with short blonde hair.

I'm confused on locations at the moment. Is Sythius next to Fiona or on the other side of the circular bar? And I thought Fiona was sitting against a wall somewhere, so that makes me doubly-confused on what the bar looks like.

EDIT: Never mind, opposite ends of the circular bar. I think I understand the layout now.

Yeah, sorry, that's what I was going for. You can hear and see the exchange because you're sitting just across from them. Unless you wanted to seek a side table and not return to the bar?

I only ever get hit on by scary drunk ladies, with boyfriends. Except for that one time. Where she still had a boyfriend.

I am jealous of Mr Cyber-Arm War Veteran.

Well, y'know what they say...

Sythius isn't a chemgeld and therefore is subject to charm attempts.

That's what they say.
This is a joke. I'm not a fan of using social skills on other players.

Maybe you'd get a circumstance bonus if you dressed up as a sexy lascannon or something ;)

...Best halloween costume idea ever, IMO.

Anyway, as much as I'm enjoying the brisk posting rate, I'll stop moving things here to allow De Cour and Lucius and possibly Gethsemane a little time to catch up. Though you all feel free to flirt with each other in the bar or post reactions and such.

The only reason I didn't is that I couldn't take Jaded/Cold-Hearted for several ranks, per my career path. I could only have them now if the GM allowed it.

SlyJohnny, would you allow that? I would be happy to trade in the equivalent values of advances if I could take one or both of those now. It wold be very fluffy.

Cold-Hearted is Black Crusade, there isn't an equivalent in RT. Chem Geld is the analogue though.
