you moved at combat speed thereby according to the rulebook page 71, right hand column under the shooting with vehicles section the second bullet point states "A vehicle that moves at Combat Speed may fire a single weapon using its full ballistic skill. The vehicle can also fire snap shots with other weapons if it wishes"

that's only for Ordanance, for normal blasts its still the direction of the firer, the nearest guy to you was the Thunder Hammer and Storm Shield guy, who passed his roll, the next nearest to it would of been the Librarian who failed so he get's a wound, and still has one left.

They're in a building, therefore they're not in a specific location within. If that were the case, I would have moved in the movement phase - or we can say for argument's sake that he moved, if you prefer.

In fact they can't see the squad, the firing points are at right angles and the position of the squad is between two firing points, I'd say one Stealthsuit could just about see them, but the drones wouldn't be able to see them, specially with the fact their in the ruin,

Position still matters even in a building, you've got to measure for each model and that guy, even if he could see them (which would be a complete miracle) wouldn't be in range.
