I've started training on Renzuki with Youki, can I complete it with Cybele and does she provide a learn bonus of at least +1 for it?

And she said she can help with mobility taijutsu, does she confer a bonus if she helps Yousuke master Shundou?

You could, but she does not provide a learn bonus.

Yes, as it's a mobility technique.

Better idea: Houshi picks up Camille and we land hop to get there and back in two days. It isn't safe to train on the road - i don't want to fight an ambush on 20% chakra

You can only land hop for four hours at a time before needing to rest. Four hours of land-hopping a day will take you 5 days.

Day 1: Finish Renzuki (1d20+11)[29] - Successfully learn Renzuki.
Day 2: Start on Shundou (1). Take 10 to decrease the time to 2 days. 1/2
Day 3: Finish Shundou (1). Take 10 and finish out the training 2/2

I guess if we're on the move and require rest over the night I don't have enough time to retrain feats.

Oh, I'm sure Amon's breakdown laugh will be much creepier. i mean, she fights using porcelain doll-looking puppets for god's sake and I was going to have her develop a technique to speak through those puppets, meaning ou might get surround sound crazy anime laugh.

8 hours walking, 8 hours training, 8 hours sleeping. You can either not train, or not sleep.

Let's see... First, the one day we got, Houshi worked on mastering Shundou, takes 10 to beat it by 5 and turn that 1 day into 2 effectively.

Spot: (1d20+2)[6]
Listen: (1d20+2)[9]
Shenanigans: (1d100)[74]

For the three days,

Day 1: Finish Shundou (1) - Successfully obtain first step of mastery
Day 2: Start on Shundou (2). Take 10 to decrease the time to 2 days. 1/2
Day 3: Finish Shundou (2). Take 10 and finish out the training 2/2

Question: The Roukanken is a +3 Mystical Katana made of Ironium so it gets +3 to-hit/damage but does it count as Mastercraft for the purpose of certain jutsu? And if it is Mastercrafted does it grant any bonuses from its construction or do those get overlapped by the Mystical Weapon seal?

It's counted as Mastercraft +3 to damage but that's overwritten by the Mystical seal, because both of them are enhancement bonuses.
