Rod of Wonder Chaos Mage time. If you can get a feat like dual wand wielder for rods you will make any battlefield crazy.

Streamers (Shining South, Clr 5, Sorc/Wiz 5) always struck me as pretty crazy. Also completely broken when you realize "any sort of action" includes all the Free Actions we usually gloss over (like talking, retrieving spell components, drawing weapons during movement, some Concentration checks, ceasing to concentrate on a spell, 5ft-step the list goes on ).


But yeah being smacked to death by little red ribbons that hit you every time you try to do anything (potentially 5+ times per round) is pretty chaotic/insane to me.
