Lillian starts 2K, moves to 6J, 98% chance to kill. Cantos to 6I.
Bergliot starts 2G, moves to 6H, heals Lillian if necessary.
Aisha starts 2C, moves to 6C.
Solomon from 2O to 6O.
Can we get map numbers up top, too? It's hard to see them from the bottom.

We could get rid of one soldier right off, but then one of our two healers is going to take some damage before we could reach them (the guy in the middle cell is out of range of both Soldiers), so I think it best to split Octamus and Lillian. Also makes sense prisoner-wise.
Octamus G2-> H5, attack I6 Soldier.
Lillian W2-> T6, Attack U6 Soldier.
Bergliot and Connor have 2 options:
One of them goes O2->O5, wait
The other S2-> R2 (Or K2->L2), Cower in the corner.
Aisha C2->E6

Eeek... cannot do the number thing easily with Tiled. I think I can increase the size of the file in Flickr though? Maybe that'd help? cannot do that. The later maps have the numbering all around though.
Also, yes, the cell doors are not there >_>.
Edit: The soldier on U6 has a door key (forgot about that), don't know if that changes anything.

Welp, I just realized that my idea was too smart by half. And Pengunator's plan is ~sort of~ like my plan, but flipped horizontally, so I'll go with his as well.

Okay over nine level ups (2-10) he gains: +6 HP, +3 Mag, +0 Skl, +3 Spd, +0 Luck, +0 Def, +3 Res.
If I am not mistaken he gained above average HP, below average Mag and Spd (by one point) and average Res (slightly below average Skl, Luck and Def).
Ooh, that's a lot of Hp.
He would have gained: 3.6 Hp, Mag, Spd, and 3.15 Res, so they're actually right in line with the numbers, other than Hp. .45 Skl, Luck, and Def, so they're really not far behind.
