It's more my OOC personal discomfort that's bleeding into Natalia. But you're right.
Uhm, how's this? Natalia will go into the caves with you guys, but she won't look to start any fights; she'll consider information more important. She'll fight back if we're attacked, and she won't hold back because they won't be holding back, but she won't go around decapitating the orcs either. She'll disarm them once they're unconscious though.
That is very reasonable and sensible, and rather expected behavior. Truthfully, its not very different than I would expect the other party members to act.
Mithril is going to stay outside with Henry. As I have said before she wants to avoid caves for a little bit. She doesn't want to burden you with her protection.

Mithril can help Henry keep watch. With Whiskers with her she should be able to keep guard. And if anyone comes out of the main entrance there will be more people to slow/stop them.

Henry is cute. Make sure you do not distract each other too much ....
Sorry Natalia .... You can use Miriam's shoulder if needed .....
Will post IC when I get a chance, not likely till this afternoon. You can go ahead and start things of with some IC descriptions, hide and move silently checks(or take tens), spot, listens, and possibly a knowledge nature/survival to find the cave entrance.
Power's back and things are better, just catching up with a lot of work (stuff I wasn't able to do from home).
You're back in Princeton? I'm pretty sure that the college runs on its own generator, but what about the town's power? Sorry, my cousins live in Princeton and last I heard a few days ago they had neither power nor running water.
The building I work in has a backup generator and never lost power (or at least not for more than a night). Good news for the biological samples refrigerated here.
From what I've heard, grad housing and other buildings lost power for anywhere from 2 to 6 days. I don't know what things are like in the rest of the town. NJ Transit is running on a limited schedule (had to take a bus from Princeton Junction though).

Thanks, I'll just call my mom and ask. Man, my family got really lucky. My side of the block was the last to get power back on Wednesday. The people across the street? No power. All the houses past us in the neighborhood? No power. And for some reason it's impossible to get to the other side of town where the my high school is so the district still has school canceled since I'd say at least a quarter to a third of the town's still without power. And my dad had to wait in line 4 hours for gas. But man we got lucky.
