I may have some ideas on possible support dialogue for Madeline and Falcon. PM me if you want to hear about it.
As for class change, I'm not certain how Sairyu's going to make this work, but I'm going to guess that the promotion items in this game won't be magical artifacts that make the PCs power-up all of a sudden.
For Falcon, at least, I imagine his promotion would be him getting a sudden flash of insight into his sword style thanks to his promotion item, causing him to discard his flashier movements for a more effective and deadly style; thus, he becomes a Swordmaster.
Heh, Hugo's already ditched the flashiness. Since he takes up killing as a grim task, he has decided to make it end as swift as possible.
And I haven't thought about how he would ICly promote. That's a rather good question...

Hmmm. That gives me a couple of ideas already.
If Hugo goes Assassin, it could simply be 'make it end as swift as possible' taken to its logical conclusion. As an older man, maybe he sees that he cannot match the sheer physicality of the younger party members, and realises he will need to make efficiency into an art form. So a bit of tailoring to his training regimen, a bit of studying up on how to kill efficiently with the minimum amount of effort, and BAM, he's an Assassin with the Silencer skill.
If Hugo goes Swordmaster instead, it could be as simple as him and Falcon exchanging tips, and eventually developing his own style.
I always thought that eeach Vulnerary had enough materials to be efficiently used up to three times- after which, it ran out of bandages/powder/was eaten.
My dictionary says 傷薬をつける [apply (an) ointment ((to a wound))]. This is normal meaning. Sometimes games use [Drink] command, but that is English translation [Potion].

Are those all vulenraries, or only a specific one?
And ah. So it has meaning in the original Japanese.
Whoever made the initial decision to translate it as 'Vulnerary' really should be taken out to the back and shot. So much wasted speculation could have been saved if they had just translated it as 'Ointmint'.
Do keep in mind the enemy calvary force from the East is approaching, and we'll need sturdy bodies to hold the line. I was planning to place Paris and Wotan such that they'll bait attacks from the mage and the soldier accordingly; they both have WTA against their counterparts.
Far too many enemy forces incoming? Oh, bugger. You really don't want us reaching the East CT, do you Sairyu?
West Front
Alright, we cannot have the West team hold their ground, they'll just get tagged from two fronts at once. Time to shift the frontline a bit.
Nina to W-F6, attacks Soldier #6
Callum to W-F7, attacks Soldier #6, canto to W-E6.
Imeena to W-F7, attacks Soldier #6 if not dead. Otherwise, attacks Swordsman #20. In both cases, stay where she is.
Durnock to W-F5, Rescues Nina.
Lloyd to W-E5, Takes and Drops Nina at W-E4.
Central Front
Roland Loots the Armory, cantos to N-J15.
Argoth to C-D17.
Oren to C-E17.
Adele to C-F17.
Falcon to C-B15.
Wotan to C-F13.
Paris to C-F12.
Madeline to C-D14.
Hugo Waits.
How does this look?
Nina has to use Thunder if we want to take out Soldier 7 with both her and Callum.
Can we change the plan that if Soldier 6 dies Imeena takes the top row. and Callum takes the bottom row. That way Imeena and Nina can benefit from their support
I'm just saying that there're 7 cavaliers (mix), some fighters, and a bunch of archers (meaning that ballistae #6 and #7 are coming back online) to deal with.
Also I'd like a decision on what [steel] weapons Roland'll be grabbing before next update (or else I'll roll for it).

Then Thunder it is.
Well, we could do that, but whoever takes the bottom row will have to eat an arrow as well in addition to swords and magic. I'm not sure Callum has the toughs to handle that.

Well the swordsmen can't damage Callum at all thanks to WTA
Mage does 4.
Merc does 3
Archer does 4.
Ballista does x.
He should be able to handle it. In fact he does about the same as Imeena. (The mage does 6 to her.)
Callum to W-F7, attacks Soldier #6. If Soldier #6 does not die, cantos to W-E6.

Central Front
Spoiler
Roland Loots the Armory, cantos to N-J15.
Paris to C-G7
Wotan to C-F7, rescue Paris
Madeline shoves Hugo
Hugo to C-E7, takes Paris.
Oren to C-D14, shoves Madeline to C-D12
Argoth to C-F19
Adele to C-D15.
Falcon to C-B15.
Will Hugo be able to survive the Merc attack and a Ballista hit? I'd really rather not have him incapped again if possible.
It seems that most of the enemy cavalry is coming in through the C row; if we have Adele go to C-E15 and Shove Argoth to C-E17, Argoth can move to C-C19 and basically hold up the entire advance. Is that worth trying?
Finally, I have to confess that I'm not entirely sure which two Steel weapons we should go for. Suggestions?
