Knowledge (local) being trained only, and not a class skill for many classes, means that your average human may well not be able to identify other humans! This may explain the exceptional quantity of half-human hybrids.
So I have to ask, why do you want a list of video games with bears?
Some friends of mine and I (grammar seems weird, but whatever) are starting up a Youtube channel/Twitch TV streaming thing called Welcome Bear, and my wife wants to make banners and such with different video game bears on them.

I found a series of videos on Youtube about Bears in Video games once. As it happens, it wouldn't be remotely relevant to your particular search, however.
Also, oh god. The Bears in Red Dead Redemption? Angry, furry ninjas. Utterly terrifying.

I just watched a review of Assassin's Creed 3 which showed the guy fighting bears with a hatchet.

This avatar of Anders from Dragon Age 2 was provided by Dorian Soth. I didn't do it.

I salute you, sir, for the use of ""I".
And, it looks like bears are pretty popular in video games.

Fallout 3 and the Honest Hearts DLC for Fallout: New Vegas include mutant bears called yao guai. Additionally, a major faction in Fallout 2 and Fallout: New Vegas uses a two-headed bear as its emblem.
Dustforce includes leaf-covered bears, which you must clean up into ordinary bears, in its forest levels.
There's only one way to make The Soviet Union scarier: PARACHUTING ARMORED WAR BEARS. With paralyzing sonic roars.
Yup. Ugh, I hate the Parachute Bears meme. It's because it's inaccurate - the parachute part is a completely different ability used by a different unit, an artillery cannon that can launch your infantry on parachutes (yeah, it's that kind of game). But people keep repeating "parachute bears!" as if the parachutes were a distinct element of the bears and no other units, which just makes them look like they never played that game. Parachute Bears are the Cake Is A Lie of Red Alert 3.
Just a pet peeve of mine.

Parachuting dudes with assault rifles have an adjusted ridiculousness quotient of approximately zero. Parachuting trained assault bears have an adjusted ridiculousness quotient of .975*. The launch method here isn't particularly important, it's that bears using parachutes - it would be nearly as insane if they jumped out of planes instead of being launched.
*Measured as (concept ridiculousness - trying too hard adjustment)/(total absolute possible ridiculousness). The units are, of course decimal WTFs.
