That statement implies that I am unlucky because I don't roll for move silently. However I do feel lucky for not having to roll move silently checks. Personally, I think my spot checks could be better. Oh yeah, for the record, my character does what he can to always keep up mage armor. So he casts it when he wakes up and once again when it wears off.
EDIT: Oh dear... When I enter my rage it lasts for three rounds.....period! I don't have a constitution modifier so it only lasts for three rounds. Dang it, it seems to me that a lot of things regarding the undead should be based of off charisma but aren't. I feel as if that dip was kinda a waste due it only lasting for three rounds. DM, would you allow the rage duration to be based off of charisma or some other stat in place of con?
Yeah, I took whirling frenzy variant. I'll have to find an item that boosts the time cause I don't want to take the feat of extended rage. Actualy, an item that gives me more rages perday would be better. Im going to look around and see what I can find while I wait for everyone else to post.
With no con score, I always assumed undead couldn't rage at all (with an improvement to - still being -, as opposed to a 0 becoming a 2, etc) *shrug*

Someone else should get a better look cuz I got a sucky roll. Is the guy within range for detect evil? As I'm waiting on people to either get closer or the DM to tell me what I see. Also anyone that makes a listen check is going to have a hard time hearing anything but the rain so I'm not concerned. I have been in this kinda rain and you have to shout to be heard properly, even when your next to someone.
Sorry, I must have been a little confusing with my post. What I ment was that I (and everyone else) was finaly able to move into and then past the surprise round.
'R' denotes our raptor, and the other entries should be relatively self-explanatory. As I mentioned, you're on a bridge between towers, so falling off the grey area is...less than ideal for Garam and Lord Reuel (the other two can fly or are unaffected by gravity, respectively).
Okay, we'll say
Clyde
Fraan
Lord Reuel
Garam
Raptor :(
EDIT: This...is not a Jurassic-Park caliber velociraptor.

Pretty sure I just put the critter to sleep. Truth be told I don't expect Clyde to be a front-runner most of the time, and had expected him to be more of a strafing run/defensive type...perching on shoulders with readied actions to Flee the Scene on attack, etc.
Also, I don't plan on actually using Clyde's poison stinger very often...only for sneaky silencings or to get something out of the way without killing it...so over-all this shouldn't be a typical example of our combat (I hope!)

True, honestly I dont plan on using my draining touch to auto end all encounters by my self. Ill probably drain their greatest stat, like a barbarian's strength or a Wizards Intellect, in place of attacking their weakest, barbarians Intellect or a Wizards Strength.
I dont want to just auto end encounters like that, now dealing 100 points of damage is more my kinda style! Which is why i chose sadism as one of my favorite spells cuz I get a luck bonus for 1round level to my attack rolls, saves and skills for every 10 points of damage I deal. Its a very underrated gish spell. That, along with my rather high AC and my incorporeal status makes me a difficult target to deal with.
Also, a note re: your poison. A poison that does no harm to a creature is fine for an exalted character to use, and in fact, using it to incapacitate creatures to turn them over to lawful authorities is a-okay.
Using it to incapacitate so you or your allies can more easily kill it is not (I know you'd asked about it before, so I think this is my ruling).
It's a shame your vow precludes you from owning a phylactery of faithfulness.
Also, depending on whether you think this is a magical beast or animal, you'd roll Know (nature) or (arcana) to identify it.

Aww, no using my mind to have Fraan hold up the dragon? Okay.
How many rounds have passed so far? If its been a minute then Fraan would be next to it, using readied actions to attack the beast when it wakes up. With the draining touch by the way, not my scimitar.
Or it may have a iron heart surge kinda effect to escape the sleep...

It's been a minute (talking isn't exactly free)
And telekinesis doesn't quite work that way, IIRC.

Sure but that doesn't mean Fraan couldnt have been moving into position as he was taking. Or some of the other misfits could be going over to the position as we were chating. I was seeing more of a talking is a free action kinda thing here, also the chatting we were doing, by my thought process reads into about thirty or forty seconds but not close to a minute.
Also, my remark about thinking was in regards to the way I have decided to fluff Ghostly Grasp. Theoretically I could interact with Clyde but he probably weighs to much for me to keep on my shoulders.
Forgot Fraan was the incorp Small edit to cover that incoming shortly! Re: Poison, you pretty much read my mind!
