Default [3.5] Writing a Campaign Adventure

With the blessings of the author I am writing up a campaign adventure based on the "Deep Sky One" storyline of Another Gaming Comic (link provided: here).

By reading the comics I've pieced together the layout of the tower, but I need to fill up the levels of the two commercial districts with Eberron appropriate shops. So basically, in a vaguely DS9 based magitech tower in Eberron's city of Sharn that already features two named inns/taverns, a named smith, an unnamed Karnnathi restaurant and jeweler- what other sort of shops, inns, taverns, and shrines should I cram in?
