Thats the problem I only have the layout of the village and that is not even done yet, still waiting on alan for rest of details. Not even sure if giants have breached the Well I know they have but not how many and such. No idea where anything is placed thats why.
@Dantie: Temple is 1000ft away from entrance, at the center. Homes begin to spread out in an even circle, with a 50ft. space between each. Tunnels run underneath each home, connecting to trapdoors half way between houses.
@Xander: I believe it's your tun now, since Traith and Dantie have acted. And yes, you may cast the spell, you are within range.
@Tarith: Sure, she took out Basil and Cecile, but it was for plot reasons. She needed help against Angelis. Besides, she's going to be the last of your concerns in chapter 3.
Let's try and kill these meatshields fast. Find Arrallae, and see where you guys want to go off to.
New map after Xanders freezing fog, if it effects wider area will adjust, but as is will effect two giants, sent 12 in, If you want less alan let me know. Ahh...Their base speed is 40ft. hide armor drops it down to30.
Dantie, I can access the map on my work computer, can you please explain what all the different color squares resemble? And Xander should still be fairly high in the air, tho freezing fog made him visible, they might be able to throw rocks at Xander by he should be safe from them melee him as freezing fog could be cast from 220ft away Xander has no reason to descend.
never mind I just realized if i highlight them it shows what they stand for, I assume the electric, power, darkness, sonic, and so on, are just describing the color of tile we resemble?
Don't we have more than the 4 giants up front, and the 1 way behind the temple?
This is the Knights Letter, I got from Tarith, correct? Also anyone remember what was going on when Tarith found "Letter with abjuration" so I can track it down easier.
Sir Kalyn Ironhelm,
Allow me to thank you for your support in this endeavour. Your church has a plethora of resources that, in combination with my Lord's, will enable a thorough completion of our plans. I will not be able to assess the situation personally, but rest assured that Varian has been informed of your camp in the outskirts of the city. He will come alone, although he did mention a certain event in the city which might delay his appearance at your camp. Do try and keep the dwarves alive until he shows up. They will make excellent additions to the strike force I have launched into the fey woods.
I saw the number 9 for the amount we had to fight. Jacob and villagers took out 4 in 1 turn. Surprised they did not take out more truthfully. And yea I know you are up in the air, I was just using it as you are the closet besides Tarith to any of them. Happy you can finally access the map by the way Xander. What do you think?
Tarith can you pick the spells for this person? Focused on divination, and blasting. Does not matter what spell you pick because its type will turn to either sonic or electricity, actually it would be both of them because of energy admixture. So for example fireball would be electric/sonic ball.
we began with over a dozen, I would still think we would have more that what is on the map.
Having access to a map is handy, less of a pain than trying to visualize the battlefield.
Is there still one on the ground in the freezing fog? if so it will take damage on my turn.
Also if the map is accurate, then Xander wants to cast chain grease from 55 ft away on the weapons of the 3 giants grouped together(targeting the middle one, should let the chain hit the other 2 reflex 17, 13 for secondary) afterward he will cast quickened glitterdust behind the lowest two, trying to blind them both. will dc 18 or blinded, if it is not accurate then I will modify my turn
Yes there is one in the freezing fog. And unless alan says otherwise it is acurate to the best of my knowledge. We started with 10. 4 fell in round 2 bringing them down to 6. Tarith attacked 1 in round 2 for 69 or so damage, still alive but wounded. Your one in the freezing fog is still their which would be the 6th.
We are now on round three, Tariths turn again and the map IC is the one being used. Tarith only needs to do 40 something damage to drop the one infront of him, then Xanders turn. Then remaining giants, and lastly Jacob and villagers. Each square stands for 10ft. so if you want to update on your own turn that is fine, I would just not remove anything until you have then new one placed in the correct spot. Trying to drag it is a hassle to say the least, much easier to just delete it after you move your person. if you move them.
Xander, Grease, as an area spell, can't be chained.
EDIT: NVM, you want to disarm them.
The Letter with abjuration was given to Tarith by Nerine/Varian, just before Angelis was killed. I suspect an explosive runes on it, but I could be wrong.
Dantie, divination and blasting is an... interesting combination. Since the build is more for flavor, you might want to pick a few spells that you definitely want, such as lightning bolt, fog, locate object, and cacophonic burst
WBL is dmg 135, which claims wealth is 200k.
Edit2: Isn't it the giants turn again, as the three of us have gone?
The difference between a party of adventurers and a ravenous horde of murderhobos: The hobos need that description. For adventurers, it is assumed.
Current Character List:
Lighting bolt has to be on list. At level 6. to be exact, its a requirement. But yea could you make up a list. Battlefield control would be great in their as well but would be hard to fit all three. And saying her powers come from the sea and she gets all those boost to her caster level for those kind of spells no point in wasting them. Fog spells would be an obvious one. If you could make a list for me to look at please and thank you, same books as we have granted to us. With the exception of stormwrack as well. Thanks.
I don't really know the turn order for sure at the moment, I think its you, dantie, me, giants, jacob/villagers, If I'm right about the order, then Alan needs to resolve our 3 attacks, and then take his turns.
