Shield vs. Force Missile

Greetings! I was wondering if Force Missile and Chain Missile (Both from Spc) would be negated by Shield spell. I'm guessing they do, since they are larger cousins to Magic Missile, but if there is a clear rule regarding that, I would be most grateful.

Chain Missile clarifies this in its spell description, stating that effects protecting against magic missile also protect against chain missile, explicitly giving the example of the shield spell.

Force missile contains no such clause, and therefore, by RAW, would not be blocked by shield. Of course, you're free to houserule otherwise.

Shield will effectively block Magic Missile and Chain Missile

Shield will not block Force Missile
