Yes. Why wouldn't it? They are two different feats, and neither have provisions saying you can't take both. Throw in Thrallherd for extra cohort goodness.

Like the look of the Prestige Bard/Paladin/Ranger, but don't know how best to use them? There's a guide for that.

Current Project: Attuned Soul, master the power of Wood and Wave. PEACHs needed.

Yes, it's entirely possible.

(Take Dragon Cohort if you want a third cohort on top of the other two.)

Then Wild Cohort for your own animal companion-lite.

Actually, what are good dragons for dragon cohort anyway? A part of me suspects Steel Dragons are excellent for the same reasons that make them viable characters.

Or a Tome Dragon. A Steel one is probably better in most other areas, but "knows all divination and conjuration spells" is hard to beat.

Or a Dragonwrought Kobold full caster.

Yeah, that ignoring 3 LA thing makes that +5 LA more bearable, I suppose, haha.

Tomes are the +5ers, right?

Dragonwrought Kobold fullcaster with a free +3 in templates, no?

5 LA, 3 dragon HD. Throw Loredrake on top (Tome dragons start out as 3rd level sorcerer casters) and add in enough arcane classes to stack it, and you should be casting every divination/conjuration spell from 1st to 8th level.

Without the divination/conjuration I'd give it to the Steel variant, though.
