Default History Channel (World Building Resource)

I just wanted to pass this along to anyone else who is homebrewing a campaign. I have been without a PC at home for a few weeks and as a result I've been focusing on my homebrew project, I've also been watching large amounts of The History Channel. I've found alot of really great programming that has given me many many tools in building aspects of my world, I've also learned how things in the ancient world were built, which is also very helpful.

some of the best shows I've been catching are as follows:

Engineering an Empire - Carthage, Alexander, many more
Barbarians! - an educational show that focuses on barbaric cultures such as Vikings, The Huns and the Mongols.

and many more.

Hope some of you get a chance to let this wonderful resource help you out.

It certainly is interesting, I've watched Engineering an Empire in World History and learned a lot about barbarians and Carthage in Latin as well.

Although I can never seem to remember what channel its on...
