Edited. Can you see it now? Wierd, though, I could see it in the preview and everything. But I assume that's due to it already being in my cache. Hope it works now.

Not to mention the indications that it fits the character. (Type of people Jillian is: royal, mercenary. Types of people Jillian appears to have a poor opinion of: royals, mercenaries.)

Alternatively:

Ya know, that landing shot is the only time we have seen Jillian following directions. Willingly.

(Although I would hate to be flying with a pilot who decided he "didn't need" to follow directions from the Air Traffic Controller.)

I got the inspiration for this from the other thread. Click on the thumbnail for the full-size version!

By the way, in case anyone is interested, I posted a thread in the Arts & Crafts forum yesterday that explains some of my Erfworld remix techniques.

Thanks for posting that - I didn't get a chance to look at it closely all week, but I checked it out this weekend. I think I'll have some questions for you later...

In the meantime, I thought of this one while preparing for yet another Monday morning:

I can't remember if anyone else used that Misty panel for a similar purpose - I searched this thread and didn't find one, anyway...

I was noodling with a few more avatar ideas, and ended up creating something that should at least be cross-posted here:

(The displayed image can be saved directly if you want the 100x100 pixel version, or used as a clickable link to obtain the 117x117 pixel version. I might redo my main avatar gallery using this interface, unless people find it too much trouble -- it would make it much more compact.)

@^ Very nice. Here's a similar text idea on that theme:

PEER PRESSURE
They are beautiful.
Therefore they must be right.

I had some more fun picking out fonts for this one:

There are lot of fonts that look businesslike, or violent, or weird, but it seems there aren't a whole lot that look just plain happy.

Edit: At the moment, I'm wondering if the next situation-room scene will give us a panel or two that would also work for this one....

Edit: I think that would be "yes".

Well, I was more talking about the "fat kid" one. Although, I should put a disclaimer about the dirtomancy one, just because I might die from excessive punning.

Ugh...I'm such a Erf Noob!

I'll fix it.

EDIT: Fixed. You might have to right-click and select 'view image' in order for it to refresh.
