[Spell] Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains?

After an irritating part of a campaign where I wanted my druid to instruct an elemental to do something besides attack but didn't have every elemental language known, I had this flash into my head.

Elemental Speech
Divination (air, earth, fire, or water)
Level: Drd 1
Components: V, DF
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 hour/level

You gain the ability to speak and comprehend one of the four elemental languages:
Aquatic (water)
Auran (air)
Ignan (fire)
Terran (earth)

Your speech in the chosen language is so eloquent that you gain a +4 competence bonus to Bluff and Diplomacy checks in regards to elementals with the corresponding type.

In planes of opposite energy, such as speaking aquatic while within the plane of fire, the duration of this spell decreases to 1 round/level. If you cast this spell to speak a new elemental language while a previous casting is still in effect, the first immediately ends.

So basically it's Comprehend Languages, but Druid only, with a bonus?

And you can speak it, not just understand it. You couldn't tell the elemental what to do with Comprehend Languages. This also lasts much longer.
