Well, the vast majority of us are here, so I say we implement our own deadline. Since I personally have no one to conduct diplomacy with since everyone in my region hates me (for good reason), I'm ready to go. Hell, even Austria hates me and I don't even talk to them. I blame Moody.

Honestly, just don't open the orders until the deadline and there shouldn't be a problem. I've done something like this before and the temptation didn't kill me.

I'm ok with adjucating with partial orders. However, please don't tell us who's orders are missing unless you don't plan on adjucating until all orders are sent in. it just wouldn't be fair, I could definitely see my moves changing if I knew Russia had not sent orders. I am sure others would be happy to know it was Turkey or Japan that NMR. I can almost guarantee, that someone will be very happy to have it confirmed that England and France are posting NMR. I think everyone would also be glad to know if Italy, or China were NMR. (though unlikely.)
