Lightbulb [Feat] Thump-thump... thump-thump... thump-thump...

Strike the Heartbeat [Ambush]
You can aim for vital organs by the sound they make.
Prerequisites: Sneak Attack 2d6, Listen 10 ranks, Blindfight, Hear the Unseen
Benefit: As a move action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, you can attempt a DC 30 Listen check. If successful, you can not only pinpoint the location of all foes within 30 feet but can also hear the functions of organs, such as the beat of a heart or the expansion of lungs.
This benefit allows a rogue to use their sneak attack even if they cannot see their target and the target for that round is not considered to have concealment because of being unseen.
If you are deafened or within an area of silence, you can't use this feat. This feat does not work against perfectly silent opponents, such as incorporeal creatures.
Using this feat reduces your sneak attack damage by 1d6.
Special: As a further result of this feat you can determine how many creatures within 30 feet are of the type that can be sneak attacked.

Nice. I'd say it's well balanced, and therefore useful in any campaign.

Hmm...to stave off the potential rules lawyers, you may wish to include creatures without internal organs under "those that cannot be sensed by this feat", such as, perhaps, certain constructs? Some constructs may be run by gears, but I'm under the impression that the 4 classic golems (flesh, clay, stone, iron) have no body cavities to speak of.

Unless you did not specify this on purpose, of couse

Creatures without internal organs can't be sneak attacked and so it wouldn't matter if you did listen for the organs, the feat would be useless for them.

Flesh might have organs... just not using them for much...

One nitpick, did you mean blindsight or the feat blindfight?

It seems like a good set of feats to pick, especially for rogues that have access to darkness spells.
