Cale runs very, very fast when he's scared.
And he wears boots of striding and springing, which aren't shown for the same reason that none of our stick figures appear to be wearing pants.
And he has a really high CON score.
And kept rolling 20s on his checks to keep running for 24 hours.
And . . . um . . . Plotus did it?
Okay, even I'm not entirely convinced this is possible. Just roll with it.
