@^: Opening sort of died when after around 120 pages no one was reading it anymore and the story had slowed down to an almost plotless boring rythm. You can still read it at jleuven.net/opening.htm. I also post the Inconsistency comics there, but that is just for my own record, in case the complete Giantitp forum crashes or anything.
So i need you people's who want to be in the comic to post what character you want depicted.
Raistlin for example, i dont know if you want to be some drummer boy. I dont know if ichneumon wants her current avatar as her character. Or if banjo wants to look like some elan knock-off.
I mean, your character has a much higher chance to be a long running character rather than a one-strip cameo. That way i dont need to keep drawing random npc-ish people.
This is a strip about playgrounders, and we need playgrounding characters for that. (Lol, i love the word "playgrounding")
And you could perhaps mention what kind of personality you have. Or else we will stereotype you by your avatar and other things we know about you. (e.g. Ichneumon as some wasp-chesspiece girl.)
What do you guys think?
My avatar without the sword or belt, He is kinda Curious but is really smart (like me ) and is a nerd and/or geek. He likes star wars (If that is possible in your comic) and enjoys making lego models.
Edit: Oh yeah, Me has some friends that actually arent as much of a geek as he is, and some of his friends call him Sizzle (Cause it is usually easier to say than his actual name). He is usually happy and doesn't care about his grades too much (an A- is fine).

Darkblade, something based upon my old Dijinatar(Its over there <--). A new guy type kid but is dangerously into counter-culture, pointless rebellion and other forms of "sticking it to the man" his major claim to fame is being a sawshbuckler(not pirate)/ninja doing Robin Hood/Zorro type things in his spare time and possibly a member of the HALO frat if they ever show up in the comic.
My avatar is not just a drummer boy. It's Ringo Starr of the Beatles.
There's an AMEN raistlin in the spoiler in my sig. However, it's a bit outdated, and Raistlin has changed since it was made.
He's got the same unruly brown hair and skin/eyes. However, his sword is on his back, and his guitar is in his hands. He's wearing dark blue jeans, and a black concert T-shirt (Guns N' Roses for example, or Iron Maiden.). He's got a pair of drumsticks in his pocket, and a wears a dark red top hat.
Also, if you ever show his room, it would have a bed, and Xbox, and a bunch of instruments. Guitars, pianos, bass', drums, a microphone, and probably a bunch of other stuff.
Soooo, everyone except raistlin will be using their current avatars.
Just a heads up. For people like onasuma, You'll probably be losing your armor. Or most of it.
Me and vespe will think about new characters. Seeing that it is already the 8th or so comic and we havent even "introduced" our planet-protagonist's name. New characters may come slow.
