HI-Larious! The art style is okay, not great, but I loved it anyway!

Re: Heroes of the Hour
Funnily enough, I was just pimping this comic concept to a friend of mine (And sent him the link as soon as I could).
I like the dragon most of all out of this comic. The single line "Is this really necessary?" made my day. This is getting set onto one of my "Home Page tabs". :D
Good luck with this, and I hope you have enough success with this to make you happy (No sense wishing too much or too little success on a person. It's a fragile balance, and I've found the perfect countermeasure).
Edit: Microsoft Paint is an undervalued and under-appreciated tool. To use it to create things others would make with Photoshop is to trounce them.

King Kobold is clearly the winning character here. "I call Hist's armor!"
Good job.

The art...drawn in paint...it is rather good for paint...and the gags just make it better...make more !
And for some reason, Hist acts just like he should...(like I knew him...)

That is SO what King Kobold the 8th would've done.
I really like this webcomic. I hope for more!

Heh. Nice one on making Hist so reckless. I'm hoping he doesn't die quite yet though.
Very well done indeed. I'm going to link to it with my gaming group, so you might see one or two of them pop up here.

This is good... joke-wise. Try to find a good artist to help you out. I will still be good without, but it would be much better with good art.

I'll give banners a try. I can probably get a copy of Fireworks for long enough to get something made. It won't be brilliant, but it should be passable.

Well Tre, I think I will continue doing the art myself....isn't that kind of one of the reasons behind oots style art? That things can still be funny even without good art?

So, er... How often do you plan on updating this comic? I mean, do you plan to have scheduled updates, or is it an "Updates when it updates" affair?
Also, the way you've drawn the dragon reminds me of the Trogdor Strong Bad Email.

Who are these charecters that everyone seems to know? But good comic. Although you might want to consider Inkscape.

We know these characters since we (the_Q, Moral Wiz, Nameless, Omicroncubed and JasonDoomsblade) made 'em up. We gave these characters to Mz. Jackel for her webcomic. So, in a way, we are co-creaters.
I also don't think you should change the art style. Sure, it's a little messy. But it makes this comic stand out!
I can't wait till the next one.

If that's King Kobold the eight, when will we see his castle. The way it was set up sounds like it is going to look pretty good in comic form.

That would be a good idea. It is Mz. Jackel's comic however, and it might not fit.
You could probably tell her this in a privete massage. She is excepting ideas.
