As for the peinguin,it's based on the metaphot "your death shall be swift and silent...like the owl!" which means, obviously, that they will die quickly. Grinly said "your death shall be swift and silent....like the peinguin", and because peinguins arn't swift or silent this basicly means that his death will be slow and horrible.
Grinly used to use all kinds of strange and confusing metaphors. I haven't actually put any in yet (except for the peinguin one) but I assure you, they will be seen.

Sorry for not updateing for the last 2 days, I've had some problem with my computer that not even my Q powers can fix!

Anyway, I've just decided that I'm going to redo the old strips so they look better. I've figured that it's the horrible art stlye (one that's slightly improved) that is making my comic not-so popular. That and the whole niche market stuff.

Excuse me, but wouldn't a being of pure chaos absorbing the power of a being of a being of pure lawfulness result in a being of pure neutrality? Just saying...
Otherwise, a great comic. Plot exposition is coming along nicely.
I would recommend against going back and redoing the first comics quite yet. It would result in a slowdown (of an unknown length) in comic releases. Which is bad. For us. The readers.

Actually, If he got Inkscape, then he could do the comics in half the time, and whenever he posts a new one, he could go back and redo one. Then, in forty more comic's time, all of them would be unblurred, uncheesy graphicsed, you could spellcheck them, and the future comics would look better because you won't have to copy+paste the same character over and over again, editing him on the spot.

Well firstly, the Darkness wanderers can get the law powers, and use them for chaos (Just like somebody can have good powers and use them for evil) so it that wouldn’t be an issue.
Also, I’m flattered that you have a concern for the comic’s updating schedule, but you shouldn’t worry. I’m very quick with the writing of the comic (two thirds of the time between updates is the time it takes for my slow internet connection. I’m also retired so I have no job to worry about) and I am almost halfway done with the redone first comics.

Grinly is a wise old man who has taken up adventruing in his old age. Although he has dreams of world domination and can animate undead, he is not nessesarily evil. He will often try to trick you into thinking that though. He often uses bizzare metaphors. He also where's dark, strange robes that look like he has something to hide.
Porky
Sex:Male Race:Half-Orc Class:Paladin
Q had killed his brother when he was 12, and know he has sworn revenge! He takes his honor quite seriously. He is a stick-in-the-mud and is often angered by his teamates schemes. He is smarter then the adverage Half-Orc.
Sarah
Sex:Female Race:Human Class:Sorcerer
This girl has been abandoned by her parents at age 12 because of her frightning sorcerer powers, and was adopted by Grinly, who thinks of her as some kind of granddaugter. She is quite pretty and his tired of people oogling her.
Carl (a.k.a. The One Who Must Not Be Named.)
Sex:Male Race:Gnome (half-dragon) Class: Bard/Dragon disaple.
A greedy Gnome who dedicated his life to larceny. He is obsesed with wealth and will do anything for cash, no matter how low. He believes his origanal class, Bard, to be humiliating, so he pick a really cool prestige class for balence. He is also really lazy.
Q
Sex:Male Race:Qhuman Class: No classMonk.
Q (or green-shirt Q as he has been designated by fans due to his trademark hawiien shirt) is a rather fun loving, goofy, and arguably stupid buddy of Q. He has just recently given up his powers to go on vaction with his girlfriend.
Q
Sex:(Yes please)Female Race:QTiefling Class:Rouge
She is (green-shirt) Q's passionate girlfriend. She picked Tiefling spicifically to excite him. She is social and enjoyable, even though she dosn't talk.
Fayt

Fayt is a young man who lives in Barrelwall town. He longs to be an adventerer and constanly trains to be one. He idolizes Grinly and his team. He sometimes goes with them on easy missions.
Beth
Sex:Female Race:Human Class:Druid/Wizard
Beth is a wise, old woman who has a long history and friendship with Grinly. She has an "All-seeing eye", which is a mysterious, magical mutation which alows her to scry almost anywhere, anytime. She can also predict the future slightly with mysterious prophecys. She is Fayt's grandmother and is also grandmother of a girl named Kate, who may or may not share her mutation.

This Darkness-wanderer has a plan to take over all the universe. Although not the leader of the Darkness-wanderers, he is known as the Darkness-wanderer. He is very gentlemen-like and is also very forgiving of his minions. His evil hasn't been shown yet, but it's definetly present. How Grinly knows him is unknown
Xenaria
Sex: Female Race:Human Class:Wizard/Sorcerer
She is the Darkness-wanderer's wife, and his only connection to the mortal relm. Because the Darkness-wanderer can't go in Star-wanderer territory, he need Xenaria to scry and bring him back info on the world when he needs it. She only dresses like that to please her husband because she chooses to, and the Darkness-wanderer hasn't ordered her to do so.
King Bortak
Sex:Male Race:Gargoyle Class:Barbarian
He is the Darkness-wanderer's current cheif minion. He is the right-hand man and the leader of all the gargoyles. He only follows orders because he fears the Darkness-wanderer's sheer amount of power. He is a big brute, idiot and showboat, often forgetting a plan by gloating too much.
The Ugly

A monitor to the Hall of the Star-wanderer's. He know's everything about the Star-wanderers and has a lot of information about the Darkness-wanderer's. You can be sure we haven't seen the last of him.

We know nothing about this guy, except that he used to work for the Darkness-wanderer as his first cheif minion before King Bortak. He betrayed the Darkness-wanderer for some reason, and his fate is unknown, except that he is alive. Will we see him in the future? Maybe. Maybe not.
