I'll assume you meant Y14, as I'm in B14... Well, that and the total distance between B14 and Q14 is roughly 85 feet, compared to the 40 you moved now. After reviewing your last match, I'm relatively sure of how you're getting that bonus, at least. As for not being able to touch you? All they need to do is hold you still while I beat you from outside the grapple. Heh.

Now, let's see. You can't draw shurikens as part of a readied action, so you've likely not got an attack action readied. Well, Bull Rush, but I fail to see how a non-ToB halfling can gain a thing from THAT attack. So, you're moving somewhere. And you've got a trigger either for being attacked, proximity, or me casting... Let's try to narrow that down.

Your first 5 foot step moves you into a square with 4 feet of pillar in the middle of it, leaving you approximately 6 inches of room on any one side. I do believe this Qualifies as "squeezed". Per SRD for squeezed:

In some cases, you may have to squeeze into or through an area that isn’t as wide as the space you take up. You can squeeze through or into a space that is at least half as wide as your normal space. Each move into or through a narrow space counts as if it were 2 squares, and while squeezed in a narrow space you take a –4 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to AC.
When a Large creature (which normally takes up four squares) squeezes into a space that’s one square wide, the creature’s miniature figure occupies two squares, centered on the line between the two squares. For a bigger creature, center the creature likewise in the area it squeezes into.
A creature can squeeze past an opponent while moving but it can’t end its movement in an occupied square.
To squeeze through or into a space less than half your space’s width, you must use the Escape Artist skill. You can’t attack while using Escape Artist to squeeze through or into a narrow space, you take a –4 penalty to AC, and you lose any Dexterity bonus to AC.
If you'd like to edit your action based on this, I have no problem with that.
