Variant item from a couple diff 3.5 sources. It functions in all ways as a potion of the same name. Standard action to break, provokes AoO's, all that. Just less need for "Number 1" an hour later.
variant potion out of complete arcane. same rules, just break it and it takes effect.
EDIT:Ulric breaks the tile and fades from sight.

then move to G11 and draw sword as a free action en route. Then activate stance of clarity as a swift action with Krull as my designated target for a +2 ac bonus. Also correct me If I am wrong about invisibility potion length.
If he comes within 5ft of me, I will be able to pinpoint his location w/ my scent ability. So I will ready an action to attack him should I pinpoint him. (He will still have total concealment).
Note: I should also know if he comes within 30ft of me, although I won't know his direction w/o using a move action.

The duration of invisibility is 1 minute/level and the minimum caster level is 3rd, so if the tile functions like the potion, the duration ought to be 30 rounds.

If you ready an action within LoS, you have to openly state that you are readying an action. In round 1, Krull readied an action. Ulric, based on that, you may change you actions. If you move remains the same, please state that.

I'm going to move around the ring looking for a scent (if I come within 30ft of him. Let me know if I get a scent of him at any point and I'll adjust my actions accordingly. I won't be able to know a direction.
Swift Action: Use Travel Devotion to move to L12.
If nothing there.
Move Action: Move to D12.
If nothing there.

and If the attack hits I gain DR/5 for one round

Well, you're squeezing, but other than that, no. From SRD:
"In some cases, you may have to squeeze into or through an area that isn’t as wide as the space you take up. You can squeeze through or into a space that is at least half as wide as your normal space. Each move into or through a narrow space counts as if it were 2 squares, and while squeezed in a narrow space you take a -4 penalty on attack rolls and a -4 penalty to AC."
Duration is for one full round. You will act again in one full round from this action, immediately before Krull. On your next action, you lose the DR. However, you will have it for the duration of your opponent's current turn.
Ulric uses Sudden Recovery to regain the stone bones maneuver as a swift action. He then takes a 5 foot step to K12 and swings at Krull with another stone bones hit. attack - (1d20+5)[11] damage - (2d6+6)[13]
and if it Hits I get DR 5/- for one round
