ok i dont think that was fair. i was waiting for you to post your reply on his movement. i then had to wait until after school to post my reply with my attack. I do know that i failed to respond after a few days but the match was technically on hold because of a ruling decision and it hasn't been 2 days since you replied that ruling. i just want to know if what i said is technically right.

Match wasn't actually on hold, however. Usually, a match is only put on hold if a player requests a ref, needs LOS, or a ref announces that the match is paused/on hold. I can see the confusion, however, so we'll go from here.
