And exactly how are we supposed to respond? I mean, Mr Kobolds! (Rest his gnomely soul) basically said doing so was impossible until we've nabbed the Talisman, an epic-level adventuring party, or both. Since only Lying and Nameless achieve such a ranking in this little grouping and we don't have the Talisman by any stretch of the imagination, what are we supposed to do?
Oh, and you can teleport, so we can't run either.

Have you completely ignored, like every comic I've posted?
I can also Teleport.
Anwya, I'll get working on a comic.

Remember when I said I have access to better metroid sprites than you?
It's just a modification (by me) of a similar sprite that already exists.
Note that there are 2 separate sprites used.

Actually, I don't remember.
Also, just to be annoying and a bit lazy, I'll use another Ridley sprite.

I
ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to draw 3shades again. So from now on, (for me at least) this is her and her 3 shades.
Sorry about wings on 3rd shade. Kinda forgot what they looked like.

Okay, I've got something rather significant in the works right now, but it occurs following the gate opening.
So if someone could do the experiment under-way at somepoint...y'know...I'd be really grateful and all.

That cracked me up. On the third shade they are more like claws actually. Not wings.

The Omnigate orbiting Avbaroy near Fort Longcat, the one the Longcat team is planning to use to get back to ground.

In all seriousness I WILL use them. After the unbelievable amount of frustration drawing you before, I won't draw you in OOTS style.
I have them saved, so any mods I need to make can be made easily.

I'm tempted to scream 'yes', but I guess not really.
but it's just extremely annoying, and a LOT more time consuming than it should be.

You mean the Omnigate? Well, Vert Doom is in a demiplane, and the system is transplanar...so I guess that's true, but the Omnigate is in space. There's a few changes to the situation necessary before that's possible. And point of note is that, if Vert Doom is as powerful as has been said, he probably has some defenses against people scurrying into his personal demesnes.
Also, the Omnigate was around long before Vert Doom came along as a story element.

It's been open for a while, now, unless setting the destination and turning it on is a separate process to opening it.
