Hello hello hello and welcome to Population: Zero

A new non-OotS webcomic by artist Tobias Beis (Aka Threeshades) and writer Tim Maughan (Aka Lyinginbedmon).

It follows the journey of a group of characters as they look for something of great important whilst being pursued by authorities of a nasty sort (Yup, that explains a lot, huh? Don't worry, it gets less spoiler-y later on).

Updates schedule once a week on Mondays at 00:00 GMT
(A note: We rarely meet schedule, but it's still usually Monday)

Wow. The art is fantastic. No seriously. Fantastic. I love the use of colour.
Too early to judge the writing but Lying's writing it, and considering how awesome Remember is.. well.. this is gonna be something else.

And the art is so good.... I can't stop saying that!

So yeah. Talk about making a good first impression.

I will say nothing. He/she does not have sharp objects close to my spinal cord, I am not being coerced.

I actually always believed that... but s/he was so convincing in ABR that I started to become unsure.

Well, I knew a woman whose name is Tobias, so I still can't guess.

That woman did look like a man though.

Could that have been Threeshades?

Back on topic, the comic looks interesting with what we have seen so far. Looks like a combination of fantasy and sci-fi.

Pop: Zero is in fact a new brand of Ice cream designed to erase the free will upon consumation. The manufacturer fed us this new ice cream and made us start a webcomic for them to advertize their infernal product and conduct their insidious plan to enslave all humankind. Y'know, if your gonna make up stuff like this, at least make sure there arn't any 'gaps' in the story. For example, you say pop: Zero Ice Cream erases free will.

FOOL, you have disobeyed the will of the brood mind and must be reckoned with. As the speaker for the brood mind I order you to continue this electro-serial, updating it as often as possible. You can sleep when we have turned this planet into another sub hive.

See I was actually believing this story up until this part.

Nice try though.

It only works for 24 hours. After that it wears off. They forgot to give us the last dose. Also they're still working on making the formula permanently working or at least making it highly addictive.

Ah, that makes more sense. Every prototype of some formula always lasts for 24 hours. If i was to invent something, i'd make it last for 23.
