To all others: It is considered bad form to use an avatar without asking permission of the artist. Unless, of course, you have it specifically made for you. Please ask before you use any of the avatars in the portfolios of the artists unless it states in their requisites or on their portfolio site that you may use the avatar without asking permission.
If after you've posted your request to the request thread twice and there is no response, please PM one of the active artists below. (Do not repost your request until at least 48 hours after your original request, please.)
If you are PMing a request please do not PM multiple artists. They don't want to waste their time doing a favour for you if you've already got someone else doing the exact same thing.
A slight suggestion: to save loading time to make a post, please make a link to your picture after 3 days to make it easier on dial-up.

My current avatar has become a bit outdated, so I wonder if someone would be willing to make an avatar similar to the following for me:
Male Human
Probably mid-twenties, though I'm not particular
Black Hair, mullet-like
Glasses/Goggles, whichever you wish
Some kind of magical armor (whatever kind you want, as long as it looks cool or something like that)
A magical sword (I imagine a flaming, shocking, icy weapon, but I'm free to whatever kind of awesome magical sword your heart desires)
A shield made from the skull of a dragon
Whatever else you'd like to put in.

Anyways, partially to celebrate coming back to these here forums after a while, I'm thinking a new avatar- much as I love my lantern-archon mephibotar, I'd enjoy having one of the same character's anthromorphed prettiness as well. ^^;;

Skin color: Exceptionally pale.
Hair color: A fetching light silver-gray.
Race: Human appearence, actually anthromorphed lantern archon.
Class: Rogue/Order of the Bow Initiate/etc.; archer for short.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: Winking cheekily whilst nocking an arrow to his bow, immediately prior, perhaps, to a display of archery calculated to impress any nearby tavern-girls.
Hope I didn't go overboard on the description- though I always do. ^^;
Anyways.....anybody feel free to take a crack at this, though if Ink's anywhere around, I did like the last one...*ninja*

My last request didn't go anywhere, so let's see if this new one interests someone enough.
His name is Mario. Mario Mario. But invert his color scheme (swap red and blue), give him a backwards "D" on his cap, and make him look like a lunatic with his tongue hanging out and his eyes all screwy, and you have...Super Dario! (Well, not really, you have Bizarro Mario, but I thought it fitting to give him his own personality and name.)

Pose: Standing straight on, a dumb grin on his face.

* I shave my head, but I'd like my avi to be wearing this crocheted beanie, except that it should be black and purple instead of whatever-color-that-is.
* I'd like him to be wearing this denim jacket, have it open (unbuttoned) in the front with...
* A black t-shirt with the orange cresents from this showing on the chest.
* Wearing faded black jeans (now dark gray) and black boots.
For pose, I'd like it friendly and smiling, maybe with the left hand in the jacket pocket and the right one waving.

Hey all, I have a request for a Halloween avvie. It's been suggeted that shadowy ole me should go as an angel, but I find that to be a bit cliche, so instead:
I'm looking for a young caucasian blonde female who is *obviously* dressed up as an angel for halloween -- complete with wings and a halo.
The idea roughly follows from Gorby's bunny girl:
Who is *obviously* dressed up in a costume. *Oh, and not to be too crude... but at least aim for her to be "hot". *You know, in a stick figure kinda of way. *::)

I'd rather be surprised, though I suppose if one is not inspired to a concept, the non-sticky avatar I have right now would be nice as a template.

Hit Ctrl+F5 and you should have the new version of your avi where it is 117 X 117 and with a transparent background. I added very small dots on each side of the avi so it kept the format when I converted it to gif. Hope it solves your problem!
