When he takes notice the the blasted thing still moving Sebastian will turn to face it once more. If he needs to he will move forward, drawing in breath as he does so. He knows the creature must still be taking horrible damage from his earlier electrically charged breath and so he warps the breath inside him. With a rush of wind a furious gas rushes from his reptilian jaw.
Spoiler
I estimate I have 33 rounds left on my wait for my Dragonborn breath weapon.
19 rounds left on damage being dealt to this damned thing. It takes 6 damage each round.
Slow breath with Entangling Exhalation.
DC 27 Fort save. 2 rounds Slow on a failure, 1 on a success.
Entangled for (1d4)[1] round!

<Move> Move at most 15' towards the creature
<Free> Enter Ginga
<Standard> Strength Draining Strike (Using the first attack from the spoiler above)
Take 4 strength damage, DC 15 fort save for half.
If Blue needs to move more than 15' to close with the monster:

Aliam reaches into his haversack, pulling out a flask of acid. He tosses this at (perhaps into) the orifice from which the creature blasts its sonic attack.
Spoiler
Ranged Attack: (1d20+9)[14]

With nothing better to do the draconic beast will do what comes naturally and blast it with alternating elements from the air as the others work on taking it apart.
Spoiler
Sonic, Cold, Fire, Sonic, Cold, Fire, etc... All at 7d6 27 Ref on the fire/cold and 27 fort on the sonic. If he really needs to, he'll keep going until he gets his Dragonborn breath weapon back for Acid and Electricity.

He continues as needed, only pausing to speak, "I can do this all day, but I'd much rather see this thing dead. I have a silver dagger and two steel daggers. I also have three baubles which give weapons of fine craftsmanship a minor enchantment, but its just the same as I've been doing."

Blue manages to keep some of the chains apart and Aliam makes good headway with his hacksaw. However, the chains seem to grow back and the thing refuses to die.

Aliam works faster, trying to concentrate on the head region and get as deep inside the monster as he can (not at any point standing directly in front of the orifice). "If you could subdue this thing it'd be an endless source of refined metal... too bad it's not made of gold." He pauses, "Maybe its regeneration is situational to the room." He starts tossing the chains he cuts off outside into the hall.

Quickly growing frustrated with the obvious futility of their current mode of attack, Blue casts his eyes around the room, looking for something that might be somehow related to the creature's regeneration abilities.
Also growing frustrated, he looks at the structure of the creature, trying to figure a way to deal with it.
Spoiler
Knowledge (Nature): (1d20+9)[16] to figure out if he knows something about spiders that might be applicable here... weak points, perhaps attacking it at the narrow point where the abdomen and thorax meet... anything else that I'm not considering.
Knowledge (Dungeoneering): (1d20+12)[21] to figure knowledge of monsters found in dungeons and how such a thing as this might be defeated.
Meanwhile, while he's trying to figure these things out he drops his hacksaw and draws his cold iron longsword and his alchemical silver dagger.

Blue casts his eyes about in vain for a link but finds nothing. Aliam can't seem to remember anything relevant but he's got plenty of time as Sebastian's breath continues to surpress the creature.

Since the creature is so supressed, Aliam could saw away on it with a hacksaw with no resistance he takes his weapons and carefully (without damaging the blades) inflicts injury from each to see if either cold iron or silver retards the regeneration.
Spoiler
I'm assuming I need no "to hit" roll for a prone, helpless creature so I will just roll damage for the cold iron longsword: (1d8)[3] and the silver dagger: (1d4)[4].

The Savage paces back in forth in a line, growling, as he watches the chains break and reknit. Suddenly he howls, leaping forwards and slashing at the chains before going back to pacing and rumbling quietly.
Spoiler
Are rolls even needed? We're keeping it down while we try to figure out the regeneration.

The draconic man allows himself a moment to catch his breath, breathing heavily after such a workout of his physical and mystical powers. With a flourish he replaces his crossbow within his enchanted pack and removes a silvered dagger from his vest. Thereafter he begins ensuring every last scrap of chain has met with silver to ensure all of it is quite dead. He'd seen ice trolls before regrow from nothing more than a finger left forgotten on the field of battle. Once he is done he tosses the staff he found earlier to Aliam, as his own prowess with magical items is limited. He then removes the sapphire from his pack and holds it out to the others, "Any of you have an eye for gems? I'd like a competent estimate on about how much this beauty might be worth." He'd prefer to keep it on his person, but wouldn't be against offering up coins or other objects if someone else really wanted to hold onto it. He's of dragon blood. He likes the shiny.

The Savage growls as he sees mouths moving with no sound. He crouches and paws at his own ears for a moment in consternation.

The cleric sticks a finger into his ear to work out some wax and then lets out a heavy sigh as he realizes it will not help return his hearing. Not prepared to deal with such an ailment he mourns his condition aloud, "Damnation. I seem to be deaf without the means by which to alleviate this problem, which affects at least two others here. If only there was some way to fix this, such as a magic item that can remove deafness."

Aliam pulls the staff out again, "Interesting how a man can be deafened and yet it has no effect on his sarcasm muscles." He looks over the bone staff, pondering some of the runes written on it. "This may take a moment... nobody open any doors please."
Spoiler
Use Magic Item: (1d20+19)[22]
Edit: I'll attune myself to the staff so it won't require any further rolls.
Aliam nods, raising the staff to touch Jamian. "Let's hope she's got the charges."
Spoiler
Activate Remove Deafness (2 charges)

The dragon-blooded man nods, "Aye, it had a full fifty charges. Poor sap that had it never even got to use it."
Jamian
He taps on his ears a few times, "Right, so I can hear again. Wonderful. Those two were also deafened." He gestures to The Savage and Jaume. Jamian begins poking around with some healing, preferably delivering healing touches and then his delicate wand but he has a wide variety of other useful healing mechanisms.
Spoiler
Paragraph removed for clutter reasons.
Summary, in order of preference:
1. Heal to half for free by touches once per round.
2. Use wand. (Takes one round per HP healed.)
3. If wand takes too long, Healing Devotion instead. (3 HP per round)
4. If that even takes too long, burst healing. CLW and CMW as domain spells, maximized. 15 on a CLW and 30 on a CMW. 1d8+7 CLWs as needed. (45 in two rounds, , more on later rounds.)
5. If there is only one round, CCW for 56.
6. If it is really terrible, he'll drop a heal for 150HP healing.

Blue nods as everyone is healed. "Once we all be back t' full strength, we should be movin' on methinks. Still lotta ground t' cover, ya? The creature never managed to hurt me, so I'm ready when you be."
