I'd think it would be the latter. For example, I doubt adopting the vampire template would just give so many free abilities...

EDIT: Oh, that. I've read OotS, I just don't remember all the names of things. I don't think they have the power to send people back, especially with a +5LA template.

well he just sent me back as a ghost no one said he made me ghost
and vampire's get evil and have a hell lot of stupid weaknesses.
but if anybody have a better idea than ghost say it I might change it.

Or use the Ghost Template Class, where you gain all the abilities of a ghost over the course of several savage progression levels (equal to the HD+LA).

Anyway, since I'm making a post here anyway.. I've been following the ABR thread quite a time now, and I have to give my thanks to those who manage to make me laugh, such as the "It's a trap" jokes, those were funny and really cracked me up! Or the attempts to get into the Vendetta, hilarious!

Its hard to tell considering that Blight draws his characters as blocks.

I think his style is great and especially as it looks like it's done on paint.

Well, he shouldn't take any real damage from that strike as his arms seem to be floating freely - and thus you chopped air in two.

But I can agree that the style is most refreshing - I hope he stays quite a while.

I'd suggest you to become an Eidoloncer instead. From the aforementioned (i think it was Vampire) Ghostwalk book. I saw that book for the first time today at the local fantasy games store and I loved it.

As eidoloncer you get to advance as a ghost-spellcaster. Normal ghost-template monster-levels would only make you spellcasting fall behind terribly.
