I just tried to post to the thread, but it isn't appearing.

I'm also listed at the last to post in the thread, but Giant's post is the last one that is displayed.

Yeah, that's why you keep seeing me double-posting. That thread got damaged in the Great Board Meltdown of '03 (a week or two ago). Now, whenever the thread rolls over to a new page, the first post is invisible until a second post shows up.

If I get time, I'll copy all still open questions into a new thread later.

Sure, knock yourself out. Don't forget to copy the "rules" (even though we don't follow them all) and to attribute the still-unanswered questions to whoever posted them. Thanks.

Hope the new thread is more stable than Vol. I
