Yes, I'll admit that's true.
However, you didn't really understand what I said, and didn't really responded to half of what I wrote.
These bands created a whole new movement of metal, which hasn't been done since the early 90's.
A movement of Pagan Metal, Folk Metal, Celtic Metal, Viking Metal, Pirate metal, Battle metal and others all called "The New wave of Folk Metal", similar to the "new wave of british metal" which started in the late 70's and included bands such as Judas priest and Iron Maiden and completely revolutionised metal.
It's farley new, but has already attracted a large section of Europe, especially Finland and Sweden.

Music is a lot like art, you can never really say it's bad.

I never said it was bad. It just gives me the giggles. Although I do think that the ubiquitous "raspy metal voice" needs to be retired.

Also, I really don't know enough about the politics of Metal to make a comment on the rest.

Metal isn't inheretly bad, it's inheretly rebelious, that was the whole point of it, not to be evil.
