Default Gareth's Artifacts - Plothook Edition!

Find the first batch of artifacts here!

The Storm's Howl - The Storm's Howl is an ancient horn carved from the tusk of a long-dead beast and inscribed with blocky, runic shapes. Blowing the horn allows the user to use weather control and storm of vengeance at will as standard actions (CL 20th). If the user sustains the sound (standard action concentration every round, provokes attacks of opportunity), the horn can use greater shout or sympathetic vibration once a round for a number of rounds equal to the user's character level, spread out as they choose. Finally, anyone possessing the Storm's Howl does not suffer penalties for aging, though bonuses still accrue and they die when their time has come.

More to come - just had severe writer's block.
