Of course, as long as he's consistent with the background and not overpowered (gods are prohibited, try not to make an epic-level mage or something).

Actually, I think I'll create a new character for the new plot. He's great, funny, and not too powerful or a super mage, god or anything like that.

I'm gonna opt out of this one.

At least portray me with decency.

I'd also prefer if the neural deficiency Lying experiences is a plot hook, rather than an innate illness, like someone is secretly poisoning him or he's been infected by Sovice nanites or somesuch.

I thought it was impossible for you to create a character that isn't either epic level or a total god-modder. It seems i'm wrong.

I'm pretty sure my SDSB characters are pretty un-god-like.

Because your character is too awsome to be tainted by a natural illness after being alive for hundreds of years. O

I suppose but they haven't been in it very long they've still got time. However i'll admit GSQ doesn't god mod so it's not all bad.

Well besides that, it implies a certain level of inevitability to Lying's deterioration, which I'd rather think of him in Remember & FFF as not having. He's the kind of guy that's built to last and that lives a life where he actually could.

Maybe it's a result of however he lost his immortality, some of those years caught up with him.

Having other less important characters in addition to your main one is great, because, unlike in Fat Fish Fury, Future Imperfect will have massive casualties. The feeling of danger is extremely important.

My new character:

Dr. Fit



He is a Relaxsnore (a type of Poke-mon) who, ironically, can't stay still for very long. He is obsessed with getting rid of the sterotype of the fat, lazy Relaxsnore by getting into shape.

I guess he joined the resistance to get into shape.

Would Ven really have changed much. I mean, internally, he might be very damaged from lack of proper repair materials, but he can repair his exterior with any scrap metal available. He might have some new Detta Models, but otherwise he will probably look about the same, just a little more scratched up. He/she/it will likely Act very differently, perhaps overly rational (HAL style, "I ran the odds and it was better to blow up that civillian transport rather than risk the lives of resistance members") or Irrational, perhaps inventing absurd rules while faking rationality as his damaged sensors send in random static that he puts interpretations on rather than admitting that he is damaged ("We are detecting a large heat source on coordinates 25, 36, se-se-sending fifteen point five Det-Dettas to those coordinates." In this case, nothing is there, and he has 31 Detta's available, so he's sending half of them.)

I think Chriky will be leading a special team in the resistance of high-ish level characters. If anyone wants to be in it tell me otherwise i'll just make all new characters.
