I agree with Madcrafter that it is nice!
Nit pick and suggestion:
For the highlights on the metal bits, have you considered using harder highlights, less air brushyness-type effect? You know, like how you did the white highlights on the eyes? Generally, the shinging things like eyes, wet things and shiny metal look better with harder highlights and a sharper contrast between the dark and light bits. Of course, all this is just a suggestion.

The funny thing about the nerve injury was that for a while I was afraid it was something wrong with my carpal tunnel as the bottom of my right hand had was numb. I rested my wrists and hands but the sensation didn't go away. After a doctor visit turns out I must have hit my lower elbow at sometime as the doctor told me the nerve was injured there even though it felt fine besides a small prickly pain when a small spot on the nerve was poked.
After starting to rest my upper elbow (which felt fine) feeling started to return to my hand.
The whole event left me feeling extraordinary silly. Oh ye nerve problems.

Wow that is worse than mine. The outside of my arm about halfway each direction from the elbow is sensitive, but the worst I get in my hand is prickling and burning sensations on the outside edge/fingers.

Sweetie is cringing wonderfully, expecting a laser bolt to the back any second, and Applebloom's expression is great as well. I agree on the colours in terms of variety, but overall I don't think it looks so bad. The tails could have been integrated a little better, but at least you didn't forget them. I'm sure the empire'd love it if all spice smugglers dressed the same.

You know, after reading your comment and stopping to think about it, I actually don't know why the CMC smugglers are dressed the same. If they are teamed with AJ and Rarity especially. While AJ would be lazy enough to just buy dozens of the same generic outfit, one would think Rarity would never stand for it. I need to sit down and try to think up alternate clothing.

It's just supposed to be Ponyville with a one point perspective on the moon and the horizon line as a circle. Lazy, because Scoot's isn't really apart of the perspective...
Will probably "Lower" the horizon line (Or enlarge the ground circle line(if that makes sense)), to put more sky in the picture and less ground as I am not too sure what I can do with the ground to make it less boring. But the night sky is always easy to make interesting.

Question, have you considered putting some white highlights in your ponies' eyes? I know you are doing the speed draw but the highlights would probably only take a minute or so to add and it would give the black part of the eyes more substance.

The actually mental shenanigans which led to this were odd to say the least. I went with autumn wreaths since leaf hair was already done by Diego Havoc. If I had been thinking I would have interwoven the branches with the mane and tail. OH WELL.
A rushed color job to finish a rushed doodle. The coloring still took about one hour and thirty minutes.
I left the lineart on a separate layer for this one as like I did with the CMC picture, as opposed to the ones from before where I merged all the layers after I was finished with the base colors, then added shading and other such things. Not too sure if it is better or not. I guess the other way makes a softer image, like with the dryad, squirrel and Twi and Dash pic. Maybe I'm thinking too much about this.

Thanks. Interesting, because I think the tubes were the worst (and hardest) part. The original is a really good reference image for the shading, very clear and a large amount of contrast over the whole thing.

I agree with this. Any ponies I draw without them tend to come out looking insane. Yours seem to not go quite that far, but, it adds a lot to add them.

The branches in the hair work well I think. One issue is the positioning of the pony on the shoulders; either it is about to slide down, fall off, or the human is pulling down on the legs really hard. Or the pony is just using its wings, in which case it seems an odd position to be in. Also, center of gravity on the girl might be off, its hard to tell. The colouring does look pretty good to my eyes though. And the griffin is charming.
Oh, and the pony's tail doesn't actually appear to be attached to its body at all.

Considering some of my previous posts in this thread could be summarized as "This evening's installment of scribbles," I think you're fine there. The bar to entry here is nonexistent, which is a good thing.
As for the drawing, nice, I like the vegitation especially. Only criticism I can come up with is the flags are very static, no way they would be propped like that without having sticks running through the top (and the fact they are in different directions). It could of course be intentional in the style, I don't know. Looks like background from one of those 2D indy games, with a runed turtle.
