Angel is badass.

A quick question, though. Pegasuses can fly, Unicorns have magic, but what do earth ponies have? Lord help me, but this is really bugging me now.

It has been suggested that earth ponies probably tend to be stronger and tougher than pegasus ponies that need to be light to fly, and unicorn ponies who suffer from squishy wizard syndrome.

Good example of this is in the winter wrap up episode. Twilight struggles with hard farming work which seems to be done by the earth ponies.
