    A lot of classes have early access to some very good spells in divine casting (Trapsmith has haste at level 1, etc). I would probably limit it to base class casting, and let them find a Trapsmith willing to part with his early Haste (if they can find one, which is not likely ).
    Except that he wouldn't be parting with it. He would be allowing someone else to copy it. In which case, being a person that works for a living, is more likely to charge... a lot.
