I'm sure there were some lines GLaDOS said in the previews/trailers which were clearly directed at Chell, but they didn't happen.
And a test chamber as well, with spiky crushers and propulsion gel, I remember distinctly.

Also, I want more portal puzzles. IT IS NOT ENOUGH.
