GLoG was exploded by a warring faction of catpeople. The old one becoming too much of a fortress anyways, people decided to move the new one to a campgrounds.

AMEN died twice, but was restarted and is currently controlled, by Gordon, ThePhantom's character.

Dipsnig (Morty) is now in charge of NO. They've adopted a no assassinations policy.

Watchtower, a group devoted to stopping apocalypses, came into existence. They've stayed largely the same.

HALO is still underwater. But also has a sky space base.

That's it for major things I believe.
Also, there's a digest around that a few select people use. It has some stories of different characters and what happened to them over the years.
