We don't know yet. We can assume she knows about her parents because she had a picture of Amy in her room in the closed-down orphanage. The space suit does not have a TARDIS, but it did seem like the Silents were trying to build one seperately.

And she has shown an affinity for vortex manipulators, so perhaps that was her method of time travel back then too.
