The crossbow sniper PrC(PEACH)

1. I plan on having a feat for this, also crossbow sniper feeat extends this to 60 feet.

About sniping, the reason it multplies sneak attack damage is that I felt that, after all the effort you have to go through to use sniping that you should get more damage out of it(with an awesomesauce crit table this changes).
