The problem was that she wasn't sure if she should try getting it legit or not first. If she went to the Fourth Division and for some reason they said no then the forgery would be more likely to get caught. She leaned against a wall and looked up while thinking about what to do. Trying to do it legitametly would be best, but riskier. What if they thought it wasn't healthy?

With a sigh she decided to give it a try first and headed towards the Fourth Division Headquarters. Arriving at the entrance she gave a knock.

"Hello?" She asked peeking her head in.
Orimoto observes what literally is a hospital scene before her eyes, people milling about with trays of medicine, some are helping patients move around in crutches and the like. As for her standing at the doorway, the check-in counter staff glances up at her and resumes his paperwork, his hand ready to hand out a check-in form.
