Reaching into his lab coat he retrieves a blood packet filled with his own blood(in case he needed to fake his death or blood was needed for him, as Dave has a really unique blood type) he opens the top, and then tries to drip it into Naku's mouth and get her to swallow it.
Aaaaah, there it goes.
It's pretty interesting to watch, as Naku's ribs pop back into place.
A few moments later, and with another cough, Naku's eyes snap open again.
Though she doesn't say anything . . .
