[Entrance]

Well, it was certainly lively in here.

A certain catamander dressed in a conservative, plum colored petticoat dress managed to slide through the crowd gathered near the entrance. It never failed for people to stick around the nearest unoccupied space rather than spreading out into the room to assuage the congestion. It wasn't the fault of all the people here but it was just enough to be a bother. Nephea was sure she accidentally poked someone with one of her horns as she squeezed through a narrow gap before stumbling into the open area of the greater casino floor. There was room enough to breathe here at least. A hand lightly brushing at the rather odd necklace, which was more of an irregularly shaped, white, porcelain pendant with ornate red designs carved into it. Looking at the various serifs and curls might make one think they were moving on their own bit by bit. It was a subconscious motion, making sure it was still safe, but it was a comfort nonetheless.

The catamander had toyed with the idea of perhaps coming in and, ah, lightening a few purses so to speak but had decided against it quite soon after. This was a charity after all so there wouldn't be any way she could forgive herself if she actually acted on that idea. Heck, she had come here to do a little bidding herself for the alleged cause. She'd lived in the Red Zone before and she knew what it was like.

But that didn't seem to have started just yet. So, until then, Nephea made her way over to the bar counter. Not because she had any real taste or want of fortified beverage but mostly so she could watch the drinks being prepared. It probably had something to do with being an alchemist's apprentice.
