How long is it in Pokemon Black before you're able to access the WiFi stuff? Now that I have MyFi, I really want to snag that Arceus before it disappears, but I haven't started Black yet and don't want to spend an hour before I can use the WiFi.

Also, are there any other events going on right now? How do you get the Arceus anyways?
