Thanks for the info but...how do I make a character exactly?

Sorry, noob here.

Well, about the same way you would in anything else.

What race are they? What do they look like? How would they react to some situations?
Then toss them in somewhere and really see how they react to some situations.

There's a thread for character sheets, too, that's always a good spot to start.
And that thread is right here!
