we were not goading iberica libre to attack you or gaul. merely trying to arrange a merge. we know their leaders are terrorists. but not all of their rank and file soldiers are. if we had succesfully arranged a merge those troops would be under our jurisdiction and we would therefore be able to eliminate just their leaders and save many lives as well as bring peace to that area.

as to our infiltration of gaul. we deemed it prudent to find a way to stay informed of any actions gaul may have planned against us since they have not tried to hide their obvious dislike of us. if you would be willing to accept a representitive we can discuss this further
