The Beachside location is generally godmoddable for the purposes of adding things like lifeguards, hot dog stands, landscaping, etc. Take all the liberties with it as you like! It's a generic vacation style beach with all the generic beach concessions that are likely to be there, and I'm happy to share ownership of it with the community at large.
