Hmmm.

This is all lots of interesting details.

I wound up looking up some information about Nodens, the deity from "Dream Quest of Kadeth", the mythological celtic god Nuada, and the classic primal god 'Pan' which has been brought up in Cracklord's explanation.

And the funny thing is, they're all mythologically linked. The original Celtic Deity of hunting/the sea, Nodens, is etymologically linked to Nuada, the mythological war chief of the Tuatha De Danann, and H.P. Lovecraft based his depiction of Noden on a book by Arthur Machen, who equated the Celtic Deity with the 'Great God Pan'.

Theoretically, all these deities could be the same, but considering how we've portrayed them in our own canon...what if we postulated them as all being brothers? It would explain why Nodens and Nuada would be so keen on making someone pay...

But enough of that, there's one other question I want to ask:

Hellboy. According to our canon, he's still hunting monsters and being a noble hero, while also running the multiversal Ka-Tet Corporation, the benevolent business that embodies the spirit of Arthur Eld, Gilead and the long-lost Gunslingers.

But what does that entail? What specific resources can he bring to the table, especially in the midst of war? What ethoses would be put forth?
